At Atlas Auto, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please choose carefully before confirming your order, as we are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind.
 
If a product you have purchased is found to be faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description, we will provide an appropriate remedy – which may include a repair, replacement, or refund – in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
 
To request a return or raise a concern, please contact our customer service team with your order details and proof of purchase. We will guide you through the process and may require the faulty item to be returned for inspection.
